Abstract Submission
Abstract submission for the 37th International Symposium on Free Radicals (FRS37) will open on Saturday, February 1, 2025, and the deadline for abstract submission is Tuesday, April 15, 2025. Please submit your abstract(s) before April 15 for full consideration. Post-deadline submissions will be considered. However, we cannot guarantee their inclusion in the FRS37 Abstract Book.
Visit the FRS37 homepage and click on the “ABSTRACT SUBMISSION” button:
You will be led to the Oxford Abstracts system. If you are a new user, please sign up for an Oxford Abstracts account, preferably using your institutional email address.
You will receive an email from Oxford Abstracts to verify your email address and create your password.
After you receive an email from Oxford Abstracts confirming your new account, go to the FRS37 Abstract Submission webpage again. Once logged in using your credential, you will be taken to the FRS37 Abstract Submission form.
1. Title. Please use the tile case, i.e., capitalize the first word and all content words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, and pronouns).
2. Abstract. Maximum 250 words. For your convenience, you may compose your abstract in MS Word and then copy and paste it into Oxford Abstracts. Please use an Arial font with a size of 10.5 in MS Word, then choose “keep the format” when pasting the abstract into Oxford Abstracts. (See the screenshot below.)
3. Authors. You must enter the names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors and indicate the presenter.
4. Categories: Please choose one of the FRS37 topics from the drop-down menu.
Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the form to confirm your submission. Your abstract(s) will be reviewed by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of FRS37. You can log in to Oxford Abstracts and edit your abstract(s) before a decision is made and a decision email is sent to you.
Including figures in your abstract. If you want to include figures in your abstract, please:
Submit your abstract without the figure(s) in the Oxford Abstracts system, and
Send your abstract with the figure(s) in a MS Word file to loc@thefrs.org. Please use this subject for your email: Abstract with figures. The LOC will include your figures in the FRS program book.

Registration
Early-bird registration for FRS37 will open on Saturday, March 15, 2025, and the full-price registration will open on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Registration will close on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Early Bird Registration (regular participant) = $1000 (registrations received before May 1, 2025)
Full Price Registration (regular participant) = $1200 (registrations received on May 1, 2025 and afterwards)
Reduced Registration for Students and Postdoctoral Researchers = $500
Guest Registration = $850

Per Snowbird's policy, 75% refund if cancelled before July 1, 2025. No refund after July 1, 2025.
If you will bring a guest, the guest will have to register separately. The price for guest registration is $850, which is the cost for the meal plan and banquets.
